About Aging Advocacy
At Aging Advocacy, I am dedicated to guiding, educating, and supporting individuals and their families as they navigate the challenges of various health conditions and aging. With compassion, experience, and unwavering dedication, I provide the resources, advocacy, and personalized care plans necessary to ensure comfort, dignity, and support during life’s most trying times. My goal is to empower families with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions, while offering emotional and practical assistance every step of the way. For families who live far away, I provide compassionate oversight and care for their loved ones. Through every challenge, my goal is to bring peace of mind—ensuring those I support feel heard, valued, and truly cared for.
About Kathy Carchidi
With over 30 years of experience as a social worker, healthcare advocate and care manager, I have had the privilege of guiding families and walking alongside them through life’s transitions. My commitment is to ensure that my clients feel genuinely supported during these challenging times—knowing they have someone in their corner, offering guidance, education, support and heartfelt care every step of the way.
One of my proudest accomplishments is co-founding San Clemente Village, part of the nationwide Village Movement, which empowers older adults to stay engaged and independent with the support of dedicated volunteers. Additionally, for eight years, I managed and led community programs at Alzheimer’s Orange County with a focus on caregivers and served on the Orange County Veterans and Military Families Collaborative, advocating for the well-being and support of older adults and their caregivers.
